We are a support group for adults with learning disabilities and our aim is to improve their mental and physical health and wellbeing through sports, outdoor activities, cooking, arts n crafts and social interaction.

We have decided to see if we can walk 100 miles throughout the month of March and hopefully in the process raise some money for DGMHA who are all about supporting those struggling with mental health in our local area.
