Story
This year, I’m pushing myself harder than ever—running the Hackney Half and taking on my first-ever sprint triathlon at Windsor Castle in June. The furthest I've run is 10k, so this is a huge challenge ahead!
Why? Because You Make It, the incredible charity I work for, is facing funding gaps due to DEI budget cuts. Our charity empowers women from racialised communities to thrive.
Our award-winning, human-centred programme is designed to equip young women, aged 18 - 30, with the skills, resources, and support they need to break into and shine as part of the workforce.
Through hands-on workshops, mentorship from industry leaders, networking, and work placements, we help women to navigate the challenges of the job market, unlock their potential and build happy, fulfilling lives.
Also, after my MCL last year, what better way to celebrate recovery than by putting my knees through absolute hell? 🏃♀️🚴♀️🏊♀️
Every penny donated will go directly to empowering our women. If you can spare a few quid (or more if you're feeling generous), I’d be forever grateful!
Join our movement and support your nutta. 💛💛💛
