The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

Let's not let cancer take our hope for a happier, healthier, hair filled future.

Right now, my hair is quite long, takes ages to dry and it blinds me when there is a faint breeze. Alternatively, it is also a pillar of comfort most days. I feel more like myself with long hair.

I've been growing out the red dye and the layers I once had in my hair since 2020. It has taken an age to get here, but I'm happy to have finally reached this point where my hair can make someone else very happy. I sincerely hope it can bring someone the joy and confidence it has to me.

It takes £700 for the Little Princess Trust to provide real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.

The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its wonderful supporters who help the charity give Hair and Hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.
