It's been a tough season for Rugby Union. The demise of Wasps Worcester and London Irish means good rugby folk lost jobs overnight. I'd like to help by raising some money that'll go towards the player's charity, Restart.

Restart is the official charity of the RPA and is dedicated to supporting professional players suffering from serious injury, illness or hardship.

Players give everything for club & country but their lives can change in an instant. Should the worst happen, Restart is there to provide financial, practical & emotional support, helping with the cost of medical treatment, rehabilitation & career transition. They also provide a counselling service for players & their families during their darkest times.

A donation towards a set of my rugby match notes will go to a very good cause.
