Everybody Health and Leisure has given my daughter with ASD the ability to access different activities to help promote a health lifestyle and keep her active. Their availability to offer so many different disability activities, from inclusive cycling, alpha swimming lessons and being able to access a play area after closing hours has been invaluable to us as a family.

The Everybody Foundation (Registered charity No. 1174873) helps to keep young people playing the sport they love and gives the opportunity for clubs in the Cheshire East area to apply for a small grant to be used either as their own hardship fund, or on behalf of a young person who is at risk of dropping out. These small grants are used to help pay for club subscriptions, cover travel costs, essential kit, subs and equipment needed to continue participating.

Therefore I will be running the Chester 50 miles race on 02 March 2024 to raise funds for the Everybody Foundation. This will be my longest race to date. Previously I have run 50K, mountain marathon, few road marathons and some smaller trail races.

So please help me fund for Everybody Foundation.
