We're raising money for the East & North Hertfordshire Hospitals' Charity in memory of our much-loved granddad, dad, husband, brother and uncle Zack Diamandis.

The charity supports the four NHS hospitals within the East and North Hertfordshire Trust – including Lister Hospital in Stevenage, where Zack was so brilliantly cared for both after his stroke in 2012, and at the end of his life.

Your donations will help fund new specialist equipment, advanced staff training, research and extra facilities that make a difference to patients old and young.
