I'm taking part in Rainbow Run Cornwall to celebrate its 11th birthday in 2025.

We have learnt first hand how amazing these charities can be and how much they help families in need.

Me and my mum are taking on the challenge of running 5k for children’s hospice, we loved giving back last year and had so much fun doing it, we thought we would do it all over again!

🌈 £50 could pay for freshly prepared, hot meals for the whole family to enjoy together during a weekend stay

🌈£100 could help provide a parent with an uninterrupted night's sleep, giving them the strength to face tomorrow
