Trekking the Great Wall of China for Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice.

In October 2026 I am taking part in a 6 day trek across the Great Wall of China. The trek starts in Gubeibou and finishes in Simatai, covering some of the most remote sections of the wall. Over the 6 days I'll be ascending between 300-700 metres each day, for 5-8 hours at a time, across varied terrain, from rolling hills to sections where the steps have crumbled into steep slopes.

Greenwich and Bexley Community Hospice provides vital care and support to individuals and families facing life-limiting illnesses and care that makes a huge difference at the hardest moments in peoples lives.

All proceeds raised will go directly to the charity, ensuring support can continue for the patients and families who rely on it.
