This November, I will be joining 90 of my colleagues from Lloyds Banking Group in trekking over 100km across the Sahara Desert.

I'd been on the reserve list for the hike and a (relatively) last minute place came up. That means I have just four months to fundraise and physically prepare for the 100km hike - a real challenge, and one I'm looking forward to!

Lloyds Banking Group has a corporate partnership with Crisis to improve access to truly affordable, high quality homes and support those who have experienced homelessness with tailored support to rebuild their lives and reach their full potential.

I am delighted to be undertaking this challenge in support of Crisis, and I'll be updating on my progress regularly, so stay tuned.
