On Sunday 6th October, I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon, 13.1 miles through the streets of Wales’ capital 😬🥳

Why? Because I must be a little crazy, but most importantly, to raise money for the amazing Hereford-based charity, The Little Princess Trust, who provide real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their hair due to cancer treatment and other conditions.

Not only do they give ‘Hair and Hope’ to thousands of children and young people, they are also one of the largest charity funders of childhood cancer research in the UK! 🥹👏🏼

I’m hoping I’ll be able to run 21.1km around Cardiff quicker than I could grow 12 inches of hair, the amount needed for a real hair donation! 💁🏼‍♀️

I’m a little nervous at the thought of plodding around Cardiff for 2+ hours, but CAN’T WAIT to raise some funds for such a wonderful charity! Any donations would be gratefully received 🫶🏼
