108 Sun Salutations for Palestine – Emergency Fundraiser.

On the 21st of June, we will be completing *108 Sun Salutations* – a physically and mentally demanding yoga practice – to raise vital funds for the - Palestinian Emergency Appeal -.

Why 108? In yoga, 108 is a sacred number symbolizing spiritual completion. By dedicating this practice to Palestine, we are honouring those suffering and standing in solidarity with a community that needs our help.

Islamic Relief teams are providing emergency medical assistance, bedding, food vouchers and other essential aid to displaced families and those most in need.
