Cat, David, Rich and Sophie are running the Isle of Wight marathon. We are raising money for Samaritans as a friend of ours took their own life. Running a marathon is hard but living with depression is harder. We want people who are feeling low or lost to have access to somebody that they can phone and will listen to them and give them support and the love and compassion that they need to go forward.
