Sue Ryder is a fantastic Charity that is here to help at the worst possible times in peoples lives. They do it with such care and passion which is evident in everything that they do. As a team we have had the privilege to volunteer at one of their sites and it is a beautiful place that you can tell is loved and looked after.

Now I have the privilege (still debating this word) to run in their name at the Cheltenham half marathon. It's not going to be pretty but I will get it done, any donations will be greatly appreciated and any luck that can be spared sent my way also.
