This year I'm raising funds along with my colleagues at Your Move Chris Stonock for an amazing local charity Chuf (Children's Heart Unit Fund).

Starting with me abseiling almost 70ft off the roof of The Great North Children’s Hospital (GNCH) at the RVI.

After seeing the amazing work Chuf do for the children and their families, I'm keen to raise as much money as possible for this charity.

They support those who are born with or who develop heart conditions in childhood, funding everything from specialist equipment and staffing that is far beyond NHS capacity as well as practical holistic support for families at the worst times of their lives.
