In 2016, I went through treatment for breast cancer. Yeleni Therapy and Support in Hereford provided the 'wrap around' care that helped me to get through the rigours of surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. This charity has also helped my family. Even though male breast cancer is incredibly rare, my father is currently undergoing treatment for this terrible disease. We are the first 'father and daughter' to have been treated in Herefordshire. If you (or your family) are affected by cancer, Yeleni Therapy and Support is there for you.

Between 5th-20th August 2023, I had planned (and trained!) to cycle over 1000 very hilly miles from Land's End to John O'Groats. Unfortunately, my father's illness deteriorated in the week prior to my departure and I had to withdraw. I am still fully intending to complete this challenge to raise funds for Yeleni so please consider sponsoring a section or day of my ride to enable Yeleni to carry on with it's wonderful work, caring for cancer patients and their families. I have paid for all my tour logistical support myself, so all funds raised go direct to the charity. I want to thank the coaches and my friends in Hereford Tri Club for helping me to get fitter and faster on my bike...
