Story
I'm raising money to support the Suffolk Wildlife Trust, who work hard to protect and restore Suffolk's wildlife and wild landscapes.
Nature and wildlife are integral to the planet, to our local communities and for our lives and mental health as individuals. Nothing improves my mood more than being outside in nature, so what better way to raise money for nature than to get out there and run in it!
It costs £250 to manage a single acre of reserve for a year, and Suffolk Wildlife Trust manage over 7,100 acres of land across 50 nature reserves - so every penny counts. And of course, your donations will really inspire my training!
Training
My maximum running distance at time of writing (Apr 2025) is 10k, so I have a lot of work to do over the next 5 months to reach that 21.1km. I will post updates of my training and aim to take pictures of the great outdoors on every run, so keep an eye out for those.

Spotlight on Carlton Marshes in Oulton Broad, which is a lovely place to wander around. And, be sure to take your binoculars and grab a coffee and a slice of cake before or after your adventure!
