In March 2025 I will be running the Bath Half Marathon to raise money for BRACE, a charity helping to defeat dementia. I know so many people who have been and are currently being effected by this cruel disease and feel it is time to do my bit and give back. My lovely granny suffered with Dementia for many years and it was truly heart-breaking to watch it take over. This one is for you, you beautiful lady!

Brace aims to help:

Provide the means by which medical science comes to understand what causes dementia in its various forms.

Achieve earlier diagnosis of dementia, thereby giving new treatments and knowledge of prevention more time to make a difference.

Find new and more powerful treatments.

Our area of benefit is the whole human race – anyone, anywhere who might one day develop dementia.
