Its that time of year again that I am taking part in the Night Hike to raise money for the Nightingale's Cancer Support Centre.

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, which means we all know loved ones who have been affected.

The Nightingale's mission is simple; to help people cope with and come to terms a cancer diagnosis and all the changes that come with it.
