The audiology team at BCUHB has lost a wonderful friend and colleague who has been an integral member of the department for 25 years. Denise passed away on 16th June after a short stay in the Nightingale House in-patient unit. Several members of the department will donning our brightest outfits to take part in the Nightingale House midnight walk in her memory on 29th June, and to raise funds for the incredible work they do to support patients and their loved ones.

For over 25 years staff here at Nightingale House Hospice have created an environment that gives patients and their loved ones quality time to spend together. Not having to worry about the care a loved one receives, knowing they are in safe hands means every second spent together is dignified and peaceful. Without support such as yours, our specialist palliative care units wouldn’t be able to deliver such high standards.
