This September, Sophie and Lauren are stepping off the top of the Europa Hotel in Belfast (abseiling down, not falling — promise!) to raise funds for Spectrum Connections NI, a volunteer-run charity supporting neurodivergent children, teenagers and young adults, and their families, across the Mid and East Antrim area.

Spectrum Connections NI provides safe, welcoming spaces where autistic children and those with ADHD — along with their siblings and families — can build friendships, confidence and social skills. It's the kind of support that makes a real difference to families who are often navigating long waits for diagnosis and too few local resources.

Sophie and Lauren are fearless but its still a massive undertaking, so every donation, big or small, will make the drop feel worth it. Please dig deep and help them smash their target — thank you for your support! 🙏
