Developmental Language Disorder Day (#DLDday), now in its seventh year, is celebrated annually around the world with more than 40 countries involved, and the 2023 DLD Day theme is DLD Around the World, highlighting that DLD occurs in every language.

To mark the occasion, the Moor House community will set off on a month-long virtual trek around the world, combining our collective progress and tracking on a map how far we have walked and what landmarks we have reached.

From September 29th to October 30th, we are going to walk as many steps, miles, or kilometers as we can, logging our progress as we go and tracking our journey on a map.

We will launch the virtual trek around the world with our annual Sponsored Walk on September 29th - a 5km or 10km walk through leafy Surrey.
