Hi. My name is Sophie and I’m 10. Thank you for visiting my Just Giving page.

I’m running a 5k in Inverness again, this time for a charity that provides workshops in primary schools across Scotland to help children like me. The workshops use music to help children understand what they’re feeling and how to manage their mental health. They are free for schools but they cost money to keep going so even a little bit helps.

Please give what you can. The more money raised means more children and schools benefit, maybe a school your kid goes to.
