Thanks for visiting my Justgiving page! I’m running the Sheffield 10k to support Sheffield Music Hub, who believe music education should be for everyone—regardless of background or income. That’s why SMH offers bursaries to support children from low-income families, giving them access to music groups all year round. For just £210, a child can attend as many groups as they like, which is actually really good value.

The bursary programme costs £7,000 a year because SMH supports so many young people from every corner of the city. Right now, SMH Friends & Volunteers fund every single bursary but with rising costs and limited resources, that money will soon run out.

Music bursaries are more than financial aid—they’re a lifeline. They nurture talent, build confidence, and open doors to opportunities that many families simply couldn’t afford. They ensure that no child is left behind.

To help keep this vital support going, I am running the Sheffield 10k, aiming to raise at least £210—the cost of one bursary. Will you support me?
