Hello Everyone,

I am once again joining Team Marsden and taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2025 in support of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity raises money solely to support The Royal Marsden, a world-leading cancer centre. They ensure nurses, doctors and research teams can provide the very best care and develop life-saving treatments, which are used across the UK and around the world.

From funding state-of-the-art equipment and ground-breaking research, to creating the very best patient environments, they will never stop looking for ways to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.

I had initially set myself a rather ambitious time target. However, I am still optimistic that I can beat my time from last year (not least because the course is reversed and the yomp up Tower Hill is now near the beginning of the course, so everything thereafter should be a total breeze).

I’d be very grateful for any donation, however small, to this fantastic hospital (which as you all know successfully treated our son in 2020), and which continues with its extraordinary research and indefatigable efforts to provide the best care for its patients.
