Hi everyone! 👋🏽

In November 2026, I'll be travelling to the remote Mustang region of Nepal as a volunteer with Smiles Across Nepal, a UK registered charity dedicated to improving access to dental and medical care in some of Nepal's most isolated communities.

Throughout the mission, we will be providing free dental treatment to people who often have little or no access to even the most basic dental care. We will also be delivering oral health education, donating essential equipment and helping establish a brand new dental surgery, creating a lasting impact long after we've returned home.

As a non-dental volunteer, I will be helping alongside the dental practitioners to provide the necessary oral health education to those living in the remote regions.

Activities I’ll be aiming to complete to raise money:

⛰️ 35km trail run across two segments of West Highland Way in Scotland ✅

⛰️ Helvellyn Lake District hike

⛰️ 25km trail race in Snowdonia, Wales

⛰️ 10km run in Kielder, Northumberland

⛰️ Annapurna Base Camp trek after the Mustang Mission in Nepal (4,130 Meters)
