1 in 2 of us are likely to develop cancer in our lifetime. It is the one illnesses that effects every single person whether it's through an individual diagnosis, a family member or a friend. With the help of fundraising and medical advances, cancers are treatable and people can live with a cancer diagnosis for many years, but they rely heavily on the help of places like the beatson to support and treat them physically, mentally and emotionally through their life changing diagnosis.

We would like to raise money by walking the 96 mile West Highland Way from milngavie to Fort William in 8 days which will go towards the Beatson, which is a truly fantastic oncology ward with amazing facilities to help those affected and their family.
