Story
As many of you know, I have been treated by Clinical Haematology, Nottingham City Hospital for the last few years after I developed Thrombocytopenia in 2021 and Haemolytic Anaemia in 2022.
The care they provided to me during my hospital admissions was second to none and they continue to support me now with outpatient care.
To raise money for the department, I am taking part in the QMC Abseil in September 2024. This will involve a 100ft descent down the side of the Queen’s Medical Centre!
Nottingham Hospitals Charity supports patients and staff across Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham City Hospital, Nottingham Children's Hospital and Ropewalk House.
Nottingham Hospitals treat over 12,000 patients each day and each donation helps them continue their care.
