In Memory of My Uncle Steve - Supporting St Peter's Hospice
I'm raising money for St Peter's Hospice in memory of my beloved Uncle Steve, who we sadly lost recently. This charity holds an incredibly special place in my heart because of the extraordinary care they provided during his final days.
Why St Peter's Hospice Means Everything to Us
When Uncle Steve needed end-of-life care, St Peter's Hospice was there for our entire family. Their compassionate staff made him as comfortable as possible during his last days, treating him with the dignity and respect he deserved. They didn't just care for Steve - they supported all of us through the most difficult time of our lives.
St Peter's Hospice believes that everyone deserves care and dignity at the end of their life, and their expert teams provide exactly that in a professional and caring way. Their support is holistic, covering the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual issues that can arise as a result of serious illness. They also extend their care to loved ones and carers, providing respite during the hardest of times.
Thanks to donations like yours, they can be a voice at the end of the phone, a nurse on the doorstep, and a hand to hold through the darkest of times.
Why Your Support Matters
St Peter's Hospice is an independent charity based in Bristol - they're not a worldwide organisation, which means every single donation has a direct, meaningful impact on local families like ours. They rely entirely on the generosity of people like you to continue their vital work.
Our Amazing Concert Success!
I'm thrilled to share that our summer concert was a fantastic success! My students from Stand Out Performing Arts put on an incredible performance, and we've nearly reached our total fundraising goal from this event alone. We also held a raffle which raised an amazing £100.00 - I'm so grateful for everyone's generosity!
Uncle Steve would have been so proud to see the music and talent on display, as he was such a massive music lover. The evening was a beautiful celebration of his memory while supporting this incredible charity.
London Landmarks Half Marathon - 12th April 2026
Now I'm taking on my next challenge! I'll be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon on 12th April 2026 in Uncle Steve's memory. This page is now dedicated to raising funds for this exciting event.
I want to say a huge thank you to all my amazing students and parents who have already raised so much through our concert. Your support has been overwhelming and means the world to me.
I think we can reach £1,000 by April - let's do this together!
