This is the fundriasing page for friends coming together to form "Sophie's Wanderers" from Erskine Stewart’s Melville, Aberdeen Grammar and Madras.
Sarah and Andrew Mitchell lost their first daughter, Sophie, in 2015 to a rare congenital heart condition. Little Hearts Matter is the only UK charity dedicated to supporting those impacted by this condition, a single ventricle heart - or half a heart.
