✨ When my son Lorenzo entered the world at just 5 lbs 2 oz, life immediately slowed down. He struggled with low birth weight and blood sugar issues, and we found ourselves in the NICU. But what carried me through was self-love and boundaries — knowing I could only show up for him if I honored my own heart, too. The NICU isn’t just a place of healing for babies, it becomes a sacred space where parents discover their own strength, faith, and resilience.

Today, I share our story not just as a reflection of hardship, but as a testament to hope. We leaned on each other, we leaned on love, and we leaned on the support of others, including incredible organizations like the Ronald McDonald House.
