The Source Global Research team will be raising money by walking 12 miles on October 3rd 2023 for Breaking Barriers, an employment charity who support people of a refugee background into meaningful work. Thank you for your support!

Refugees flee their homes in fear from war, persecution and violence, yet more hardship is waiting for them when they arrive in the UK. Refugees are 4 times more likely to be unemployed but with your support, we can help break down some of these barriers and welcome them into work.

All donations will go directly towards Breaking Barriers’ work, for example, offering one-to-one advice and guidance sessions, education and training for people of a refugee background. Since 2015, Breaking Barriers have supported over 2000 refugees and with your help, they will be able to support even more individuals in the coming year.

Source has decided to support Breaking Barriers this year because we believe in the power of responsible business. We want to use our skills, passions, and successes for the greater good. Working with Breaking Barriers allows us to use our resources and our extensive knowledge of the professional services industry to help refugees find paid work in this country.
