Red Nose Day is back on Friday 21 March. Whether you dress up, have a bake sale, take on an epic challenge or buy a Red Nose - when you go big on the silly, you give big, do good and make memories. Because people matter. Everyone. Everywhere. Always.

Story

For Red Nose Day 2025, Southfields and VSS will be teaming up and challenging their teams to cover 401 miles each, which covers the distance between each hospitals.

Each associate will pledge the number of miles they can contribute during the week of the 10th March.
