Our school have joined the Soccer Aid for UNICEF Academy, to support the work of UNICEF and protect play for every child. We will be taking on three challenges and learning about children's rights, such as the right to play (Article 31). We will be incorporating our Soccer Aid activities into this year's Right to Play Day on Wednesday 11th June.

Children need to be healthy, safe, and nourished (Article 24) so they can play, learn, and get the best start in life. But millions of children around the world are having their childhoods threatened by circumstances outside of their control.

Money raised through Soccer Aid for UNICEF helps vaccinate children against preventable diseases and provides vital nutrition and clean water to help them grow up strong. It helps ensure they have safe places to play and learn, so they are ready to take on the world. And it does so much more to protect the right to play for children everywhere.
