Trainee Challenge 2026

I’m taking on a trainee challenge with Willmott Dixon to support Lords Hill Youth Project (LYP), a local charity in Southampton that works with around 300 young people each month. LYP provides a safe space, helping young people build confidence, develop life skills, and access opportunities they might not otherwise have.

As part of this challenge, we’re improving their outdoor space to create a better environment for activities and community use. Any support will make a real difference in helping us deliver lasting impact for the young people who rely on this space.
