HELP US DELIVER AID TO OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN GAZA!
At Southwark Muslim Forum we aim to not only bring the Muslim community together through our range of yearly events commonly known as Southwark Eid, but we aim to do so through following in the footsteps of our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Charity, the third pillar of Islam, is the purpose behind what we do. As a non-for-profit organisation, we do everything in our upmost power to put a smile on the faces of those individuals in our community, in an aim to solely receive the mercy of Allah سُبْحَانَهُۥ وَتَعَالَىٰ. Despite the challenges that comes with running Southwark Eid, Alhamdullilah, the benefits for the community is what keeps us going. We now need your help to put smiles on the faces of our brothers and sisters in Gaza.
We are proud to partner with Human Appeal to raise Zakat-ul-Fitr donations for their Gaza Emergency Appeal. This appeal is critical in providing urgent relief to the people of Gaza, who are facing unimaginable hardship and suffering. Your support can make a real difference by helping to provide essential food, medical aid, and shelter to those in need. Not only is this for a good cause, but Insha'Allah Human Appeal will be able to show us the results of all of your donations!
The Prophet (SAW) said: “Whoever relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, Allah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever helps ease one in difficulty, Allah will make it easy for him in this world and the Hereafter."
