This year 3 daring members of the SP Ipswich Team, consisting of James, Molly and myself are tackling the Ipswich Half Marathon; 13.1 miles of pure joy. We are proudly pounding the pavement for Prostate Cancer UK, a charity which has held a personal meaning to me for the past 20 years already and I'm sure will have an impact on us all; whether directly or indirectly.

Last year, it left me using crutches for 2 weeks so this year I'm coming back with a vengeance (and new running shoes). Two of us may already be seasoned veterans but it doesn't make it any easier!
