@spearheadfitnessuk x @lonewolfcommandofitness are joining forces for a challenge that goes deeper than strength!!!!

This one’s for those suffering in silence with their mental health.

For far too long we have lost brothers to the horrific silent and hidden disease that is depression.

Suicide is NOT the answer!

We are taking action!!!

As a combined force we are going to flip a tractor tyre constantly for 24 hours in aid of @calmzone who provide life saving care to those suffering with mental health preventing the suicide pandemic.

This challenge will push us to our physical and mental limits…

But it’s nothing compared to the mental weight some people carry daily and some make the ultimate sacrifice.

This challenge is about getting uncomfortable, speaking out about our own troubles and raising awareness.

Because there are people trapped in silence, fighting battles no one sees.

We’re here to say:

• It’s okay to speak!!

• You’re not alone!!

• Be proud of who you are and what you’ve survived!!

WE HAVE GOT YOU!!

We’re flipping tyres to flip the narrative.

And we’re doing it united.
