Tour de Bristol 2024 · 13 April 2024 ·

We've been providing tailored and holistic care to those in need in the Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset area for over 40 years. At your home or ours, we provide care without prejudice, regardless of condition, religion, beliefs or age - and always with your best interests at heart.

Story

Hello you beautiful people.

This Saturday 13th April I will be riding my battered commuter bike 100km in the Tour de Bristol to raise money for St.Peter's Hospice. I'm in a team of colleagues known as Team Tango and I personally hope to complete it in about 5 hours. By the way, the furthest I've ever ridden a bike is 56km.

Also, if I raise over £500 before Saturday then I'll keep the mudguards and rack on and strap a large cuddly toy to the front.

A message from the hospice:

We believe everyone deserves care and dignity at the end of their life, and our expert teams provide that in a professional and caring way. Our support is holistic, and covers the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual issues that can arise as a result of serious illness. We also extend our care to loved ones and carers, providing respite during the hardest of times.

Thanks to donations like yours, we can be a voice at the end of the phone, a nurse on the doorstep, and a hand to hold through the darkest of times.
