The infamous 24km route in the Brecon Beacons, used in SAS Selection. Climbing 2,907 to the top of Pen y Fan twice, once from either side, including scaling Jacob's ladder on the return.

Saturday night, The Dark Trail

A circular route through the Brecon Beacons, scaling some of the highest peaks in South Wales, with the full details kept secret.

Sunday Day, repeat the Fan Dance

Ian has chosen to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Society, as his family has been heavily affected, with several close relatives living with the condition.

Alzheimer’s Society is working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives, helping those living with dementia today and providing hope for the future.
