Chabad aid is a charity that distributes hot meals, groceries and toiletries (free of charge) to those who need help in our Essex community.For the third year we are taking on a 12 hour sponsored spin at the David Lloyd Chigwell, who very kindly support the charity and the event every year and we could not do it without there help.

This year is a very special one as we are raising the money in memory of my gorgeous sister Lisa Rosen, one of the members of the David Lloyd, who tragically passed away last year after a short 7 week battle with a rare form of cancer.

After her diagnosis in 2024 she amazingly completed the 12 hour marathon spin for this charity. Her determination and zest for life was incredible. This was to be one of the last times she would leave her home, before she lost her battle with cancer. She fought so bravely right up until the end and was a very special Mum, Sister and friend to so many and she loved the lloyd.

We want to do her proud and raise as much as possible in her honour.
