In August I will taking part in the Tough Mudder challenge to raise money for Gambling with Lives.

The charity supports families bereaved by gambling-related suicide, raises awareness of the devastating effects of gambling disorder and works to prevent gambling-related harm and suicide.

During my addiction I was on a very dark path where suicide was a very strong thought. If I would have continued and carried out this action then Gambling with Lives would have been a charity my family and friends could have reached out to for support.

Gambling related harm already takes over 400+ lives in England every year. Thats over 400 lives lost and families destroyed because of a gambling related issue and I was very nearly one of them.
