We are a small local charity called "The Sibling Group" that runs groups for children with a disabled brother or sister in Harrogate. Siblings often face extreme stress, isolation, and loneliness as they care for their brother or sister with complex needs, missing out on things other children their age do. We provide them with the opportunity to be themselves, have fun, and meet others with similar experiences through our groups and trips. However, as a small charity, we need to raise a significant amount of money to keep our services running in 2025. Our siblings are taking part in "The Sibling Group Sponsored Walk", a personal walk scheduled for May 17, 2025. They are asking the local community, family, friends, and anyone who would like to support us to sponsor us and help us raise £1,000 for our walk.
