Western Road Community School in Lewes is fundraising for a new art room and library, and a group of pupils from the school is showing its support through pedal power!

The kids will be cycling along the River Ouse from Lewes to Southease on Saturday 13th April and would be thrilled if you can help them reach their fundraising target.

The school's library and art gallery need to be switched around to give pupils the best possible spaces to read books and get creative.

It’s a big job. Both rooms have to be redesigned, the art room requires plumbing for a sink and numerous new facilities are needed, including lots of storage.

The kids will be very excited if the ride helps to bring in the money needed to achieve this, so all donations will be very warmly received.
