Throughout April, Amy Horner and Gill Gaston plan to walk a combined total of 423km, recognising the 423 Care Homes in Northern Ireland. Every penny raised will be used by registered charity, Harry's Help, to provide grants for recreational activities in Care Homes throughout the province.
