"Help us to spread the word to fellow acting and stage management friends in need of support this winter. The Actors Benevolent Fund has just launched its Winter Grant programme, providing support at one of the most difficult times of year for many.

Actors and stage managers have always been conscious that we, as fellow-workers, have the power to ease each other’s journeys through the more challenging chapters of life. The winter months can be particularly hard for freelance creatives.

The ABF is more than just a grant-making organisation, it is dedicated to building community within the profession. Our grant officers develop unique relationships with each beneficiary, helping wherever the need is greatest. We can point the way to other support services and practical resources and provide online workshops and opportunities to connect with others through our events programme.
