Mental Elf is a 5K Festive Fun Run designed to boost community spirit and mental wellbeing, whilst also raising money for a new children and young people's mental health service.

Since 2017, the number of young people struggling with their mental health has nearly doubled. Your sponsorship will help Mind in Harrogate District to create a new mental health service to support young people in our local community.
