Hamble Lifeboat is an independent lifeboat service operating since 1968 in one of the busiest stretches of water in the UK. Their standard operating area is Central Solent & Southampton Water and associated rivers Test, Itchen and Hamble.

For our 2025 race series, Southampton Sailing Club is supporting the Hamble Lifeboat. Our competitors are encouraged to donate to this very worthy cause via this JustGiving webpage.
