The team at St Francis Dental Practice are taking on the challenge of climbing Mount Snowdon, setting off at 1am to make it to the top for sunrise. For most of us this will be our first time climbing a mountain! We will be supporting Mountbatten hospice and their team who provide support and end of life care for families in Hampshire and Isle of Wight. Were passionate about supporting local charities and are excited about our adventure whilst raising much needed funds to support an amazing team and those that use the hospice.

-24/7 care and support for people at home or in our inpatient unit.

-bereavement support for anyone who needs it.

-rehabilitation & enablement services to help those with life-limiting conditions live as well as they can.

-specialist medical equipment.
