We at St Mark’s Church are fundraising for the Creation Concern Project in India. This project helps Meghalaya farmers in the Garo Hills of Northeastern India with farm sustainability :

1. Agricultural training courses are run by local churches, assisted by experts in their field.

2. Training in climate change issues, the importance of caring for creation, protecting the local habitat, and making environmentally sustainable choices.

3. This helps farmers avoid precarious practices like local deforestation and landslides and work in the coal mining industry, which contributes to global climate change.
