Earlier this year Amy Peake visited St Mary's Calne to talk to the Sixth Form about the events which led to her founding Loving Humanity, her amazing charity which supports those affected by period poverty by providing the materials, tools, training and support to manufacture period pads and nappies. Both inspired and moved by her visit, the UVI have decided to host a Charity Fashion Show on the 5th December, with all profits going to Loving Humanity.

The fashion show will have the overarching theme of ‘Met Calna’, with each year group being given a theme from past Met Galas, ranging from ‘Anglo-mania’ to ‘Cubism in Fashion’. It is sure to be a fashion extravaganza, so the Head Girl's Team hope to see as many of you there as possible!
